Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related manufacturing field
- 10+ years of experience in design for sheet metal manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in creative process of elaborating overall product design concepts.
- Utilize internal and external resources to design and fabricate product components.
- Oversee detailed design and detailing of prototype components.
- Participate in the definition of new test protocols and methods.
- Lead and/or participate in design reviews, work collaboratively on design team.
- Work closely with project leaders.
- Pursue protection of intellectual property.
- Oversee multiple projects and work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Continual communication with supervisors and coworkers on design elements.
