Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3 thru 5-axis) to produce precision diesel performance components
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications
- Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds for performance, efficiency, and surface finish quality
- Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet motorsports-level quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and performance teams to refine designs for manufacturability
- Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously improve cycle times and processes
- Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work environment
