Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets
- Monitor machining operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and productivity
