Pro Star Rental is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their team in Nacogdoches, TX.
If you have 3+ years of management experience in equipment rental or sales, this is an opportunity you need to explore! The branch is open Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM and Saturday 8AM-12PM, Assistant Branch Managers will not work every day the branch is open, but availability any time it’s open is required.

- Managed overall branch profitability and full P&L accountability
- Directed and supported a cross-functional team of 5+ employees across sales, maintenance, and transportation operations
- Identified and developed new business opportunities while cultivating long-term customer relationships
- Increased revenue and managed operating costs to achieve profitability goals
- Oversaw fleet maintenance operations to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Ensured compliance with company safety standards and reinforced a strong culture of workplace safety
