Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine machining operations.
- Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation for machining.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize production processes.
