Duties and Responsibilities:
- Display professional etiquette and adhere to company “core values”
- Troubleshoot and make effective repairs on equipment
- Proficiency with manufacturer’s service/parts manuals
- Utilize all safety equipment and follow safety procedures
- Effectively prepare quotes for repairs
- Possess the tools necessary to efficiently and accurately perform repairs
- Timely/accurate paperwork including timecards, parts requisitions and descriptions of work performed
- Maintain company owned service tools in good working order
- Clean up work areas upon completion of a job or at the end of the day
