Lhoist North America, a leading supplier of lime, limestone, and mineral products across the North American marketplace, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Managerto join the team in the Sherwood, TN area. This is a hands-on management role where you will spend time both on the plant floor and in the office.
If you have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience with strong troubleshooting skills, your high school diploma or equivalent, Lhoist wants to hear from you! MUST be able to work weekends/nights/on call as needed. MUST be comfortable with working underground.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Direct maintenance hourly employees oversee subcontractors to meet short and long-range objectives with optimum efficiency.
- Plan maintenance / capital budgets through the identification of plant opportunities.
- Ensure project standards and guidelines are applied and adhered to as established.
- Focus on productivity improvements to attain cost optimization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained and documented.
- Develop and implement improved maintenance processes aimed at optimizing the overall productivity of the plant.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure implementation and progress of goals.
- Drive culture of change from reactive to pro-active in the approach to asset management and reliability.
- Support Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) initiatives and awareness programs.
