Save lives, inspire your community, and make a lasting impact. This is a dream opportunity for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused leader to build and strengthen one of the most important parts of the Richmond SPCA’s mission—its volunteer program. The Richmond SPCA, a leading non-profit organization committed to achieving and sustaining a no-kill community, is seeking a Manager of Volunteers to oversee the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, recognition, and community partnerships. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring volunteers feel equipped, valued, and deeply connected to the organization’s lifesaving work while helping staff across departments maximize volunteer support.
If you have proven management experience, strong emotional intelligence, and a passion for mission-driven leadership, this is an incredibly rewarding career you should explore.
