Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, align, and prepare metal parts for welding.
- Perform arc welding to fabricate, repair, or reinforce equipment.
- Inspect welds to meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain and repair welding tools, machines, and equipment.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures, including proper PPE use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Keep work area clean and organized and maintain accurate work records.
