Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create drawings in SolidWorks for quotes and work orders. This includes providing customer drawings, layout prints for field techs and answering technical questions on MayTec’s products.
- Use drawings to create BOMs for quotes and work orders.
- Provide pre-sales support by preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and demonstrating product functionality.
- Detail engineering drawings for production and create a library of documents.
- Consult and provide technical support on the designs and installation of custom projects.
- Communicate with customers, distributors, management, vendors, and suppliers as required
