Duties and Responsibilities:
- Programming and operating CNC lathes, mills, or routers to produce custom plastic components
- Setting up tooling for lathe operations
- Reading blueprints and preparing programs accordingly
- Monitoring machining operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and surface finish
- Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers etc)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
