Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform manual machining at customer job sites across the U.S.
- Operate mills, lathes, line boring equipment, and specialty portable machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
- Work safely in industrial, construction, and outdoor environments
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Travel for extended periods—often 50%–75% of the time
- Work overtime, including 12+ hour shifts and 7-day work weeks when onsite
