B&B Signal Company, a leader in traffic light installation and maintenance, is seeking construction professionals to join their team as Groundmen/Laborers in Ashland, VA. These positions are critical in assisting with the installation and maintenance of traffic signals throughout the Central VA area.

Requirements:
- Construction or related experience
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to work at heights
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of traffic signals, lights, and highway signs
- Install pedestrian signaling equipment including pedestrian heads and push buttons
- String overhead wire and assist with signal infrastructure installation
- Support the construction and maintenance of power lines for traffic signal systems
- Perform general labor tasks in an outdoor work environment
