Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Field Service supervision/management experience
- Compressed Air knowledge or experience (compressors, dryers, and related systems)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of service technicians supporting compressed air systems, ensuring high performance, safety, and accountability
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing field and in-shop repairs
- Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of compressed air equipment such as compressors, dryers, and related systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving service issues, providing technical guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, first-time fix rate, and overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify service opportunities, support contract development, and drive aftermarket growth
- Manage department budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of service operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for service personnel
