Position Summary:
Tree Brand Packaging is seeking a high-level Electrical & Controls Maintenance Technician for our Ranburne, AL facility. This is a specialist role focused on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our advanced Corali automated production lines. You will be the go-to expert for Siemens PLC systems, low-voltage controls, and integrated drive systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues within Siemens TIA Portal and HMI environments.
- System Maintenance: Service and calibrate Siemens Sinamics low voltage drives and servo motors.
- Automation Support: Act as the primary technical lead for Corali equipment, ensuring peak uptime for “lights-out” manufacturing cells.
- Electrical Infrastructure: Manage 480V 3-phase power down to 24V DC control circuits and sensors.
