We began manufacturing dental products in the early 1900s, when modern dentistry was still in its infancy. At the time, we were just one of several small companies making instruments and supplies for the dental profession. Over the next half century, through focus and dedication to quality manufacturing, the company garnered an excellent reputation for making reliable instruments.
In the mid-century, Young began to focus on developing preventive dentistry products, chiefly the prophy polishing angle, which has been a primary focus for us ever since. Today, we’re proud to be one of the world’s largest manufacturers of disposable prophy angles and preventive dental products.
