Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Diagnosing equipment failures and performing root cause analysis.
- Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, conveyors, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.
- Install and align machinery using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Install conduit, wiring, electrical controls, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and switches.
- Use multimeters, megohm meters, amp meters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot VFDs, motor starters, control circuits, and electrical panels.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
- Diagnose control system faults using HMI interfaces.
