Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR activities and serve as a resource for employees and supervisors.
- Monitor daily attendance, address call-ins and attendance concerns, and maintain attendance tracking.
- Partner with supervisors to address employee issues and maintain open communication.
- Work closely with payroll and accounting on employee-related processes.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other core HR functions.
- Participate in morning meetings and stay connected to daily operational needs.
- Help ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Support employees and leadership with questions, concerns, and HR-related needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
- Take ownership of the HR function and help shape the role as the needs of the business evolve.
