C&M Precision Tech is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist in Hudson, NH to lead their skilled team of 2nd-shift operators.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship to 2nd-shift CNC operators in the Lathe/Mill-Turn area or Swiss area.
- Perform CNC setups, operate equipment, and troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues.
- Serve as the technical go-to resource for operators, assisting with setup verification, tooling selection, and process adjustments.
- Help operators develop their machining, setup, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor quality and production to ensure components meet customer specifications, tight tolerances, and delivery requirements.
- Operate and support advanced Mill-Turn equipment across a variety of metals, high-performance alloys, and plastics.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, repeatability, and workflow.
- Communicate technical, quality, and equipment issues while promoting a safe, collaborative, and accountable 2nd-shift environment.
- Take on increasing mentoring and technical leadership responsibilities as the team continues to grow.
