This established company is looking for an experienced Welder to join its team in the Fort Lauderdale area. You’ll work alongside a team of welders, report directly to the Welding Team Lead, and spend your day doing what you came to do: weld, build your skills, and produce quality work.
If you have at least 1 year of MIG welding experience and can read blueprints or drawings, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Do
As a Welder, you’ll perform hands-on MIG welding work as part of a team-focused production environment. Your primary focus will be producing quality welds and completing assigned work efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and/or technical drawings to understand welding requirements.
- Use a tape measure and perform basic shop math to accurately complete your work.
- Complete welding assignments while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work as part of an eight-person welding team under the direction of the Welding Team Lead.
- Learn new welding techniques, processes, and skills through hands-on training.
- Participate in cross-training to expand your technical capabilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow established company procedures and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
