TPi Arcade, the most advanced Aluminum V-Process sand casting facility in the US, is seeking a Sales Manager in Arcade, New York.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Sales and Marketing Department and manage a team of three.
- Manage customer and independent sales representative relationships, including quotes, orders, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, margins, forecasts, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and present quoting and sales strategies while ensuring accurate and timely quotations.
- Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, engineering, quality, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and production needs.
- Coordinate engineering meetings and support new part development, mold design, and technical problem-solving.
- Manage vendor schedules for patterns, castings, machining, tooling, and outside services.
- Coordinate trade show activities and participate in customer and sales representative meetings and visits.
- Monitor quote hit rates, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and quote timeliness.
- Support monthly closing activities, job close-outs, and financial evaluations.
- Support employee development, industry training, and professional growth.
