Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and mechanical tasks to build products and components
- Rotate through various production tasks and adapt to different workstations as needed
- Utilize pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to support assembly and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts to ensure standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to assemble complete products or subassemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Accurately use a tape measure to ensure precise dimensions and specifications
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs safely
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational practices
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly at all times
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work overtime as required to meet production goals
