Excel Truck Group is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Truck Alignment Technicians to join the team at our brand-new dealership in Ashland, VA.
If you have experience as a Heavy Duty Truck Alignment Technician, Excel wants to hear from you! State Inspection and/or CDL are preferred but not required.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
Specializes in diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing steering and suspension systems on commercial trucks, trailers, and buses to ensure proper tracking and tire wear. Capable of using computerized equipment to adjust toe, camber, and caster to manufacturer specifications, requiring mechanical expertise.
- Alignment Operations: Perform precise 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments on heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, and trailers.
- Inspection & Diagnosis: Inspect suspension, steering components, and axle alignment for wear, damage, or defects.
- Adjustments: Adjust steering/suspension components (caster, camber, toe, thrust angle) to meet manufacturer specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and maintain computerized alignment machinery.
- Tire Service: Perform tire inspection, rotation, and balancing as necessary.
- Documentation: Road test vehicles to verify repairs and accurately document alignment settings.
