Martin’s Milk Service is seeking a Trailer Technician to join their team in Wilton, WI.
This role requires experience servicing trucks and trailers, personal ownership of basic tools, and the ability to work a consistent night shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on commercial trailers during overnight hours to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Diagnose and repair air brake systems, brake components, and related systems
- Complete tire replacements, wheel work, and basic suspension and landing gear repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair trailer lighting and basic electrical wiring issues
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes on units as needed
- Weld or assist with structural repairs (crossmembers, basic fabrication) as skill level allows
- Respond to fluctuating nightly workloads — from quieter shifts to high‑volume repair periods during early‑morning dispatch windows
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment during downtime
- Work independently during overnight hours while coordinating with supervisors as needed
- Communicate clearly regarding completed work, outstanding repairs, and equipment status
