NXA USA is seeking skilled Stainless Steel TIG Welders to join their team in Fayetteville, AR.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components to a high cosmetic and structural standard
- Fabricate parts based on prints, drawings, or shop instructions
- Maintain clean, precise welds with no defects (e.g., sugaring, burn-through)
- Work within a team-based production environment across designated work cells
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
