NXA USA is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team in Fayetteville, AR.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new product ideas (e.g., magnets, business card holders, cutting boards, automotive accessories like hitches)
- Evaluate product viability using internal approval/governance process:
- Profitability
- Manufacturability (can the shop produce it?)
- Material sourcing
- Collaborate with shop team to bring products to life:
- Guide forming, etching, and fabrication processes
- Launch finished products to market:
- Upload and manage listings on Shopify
- Support marketing efforts and sales channel development (e.g., eCommerce, trade shows, distribution)
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and production teams
