NXA USA is seeking skilled CNC Programmers to join their team in Fayetteville, AR.
If you have 3+ years of experience programming CNC machines, this is an opportunity you need to explore! AutoPOL and/or NC Express experience preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create CNC machine programs using DWG and STP files
- Create nested sheet files using SolidWorks, AutoPol, and NC Express
- Create integrated press brake programs including the definition of tooling used and bend order.
- Aid in the process of sheet stock management and material tracking.
- Ensure optimal sheet utilization.
- Help to ensure accuracy and quality in manufactured parts that will be used to assemble the final product and avoid reprocesses.
- Work close with Machinist Department to ensure to ensure the proper cut part profiles, previous to the machining process.
- Help to route work through the shop and maintain balanced workflow through cells.
- Fix or create SolidWorks blueprints for missing or incorrect prints when required.
- Help to dictate order of nests to be cut on the lasers and waterjet.
- Help to find or recut lost laser cut parts.
- Ensure appropriate levels of stock items are being cut.
- Assist in drop metal organization and selection for jobs.
- Check if raw sheet material is in stock and enough to complete a project and communicate to Purchasing department when necessary.
- Provide knowledge to engineering department on tolerances of saw, laser, waterjet, press brake, accurpress and plate roll machines.
- Give input to engineering on constructability of designs.
- Utilize SoildWorks to pull information (measurements, parts, location, etc.) for equipment in the shop as needed.
- Creation of stencils for electro etch marking.
- Other duties as assigned.
