Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enforce and execute QMS procedures and policies facility-wide to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics and KPIs to demonstrate QMS effectiveness
- Collaborate with Quality Management to standardize and unify corporate-level quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Lead investigations of critical customer complaints and implement effective resolutions
- Validate existing QMS procedures and forms and execute readiness planning activities for annual ISO 9001 certification audits
- Manage nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
- Manage supplier quality performance programs and maintain supplier quality scorecards
- Collaborate with Quality Management on internal and external audits (ISO, UL, etc.)
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions
- Direct all preventive maintenance programs for quality-related equipment
- Oversee calibration programs for all instrumentation and electrostatic discharge (ESD) equipment to ensure measurement system integrity
- Transition and maintain all quality functions into Adept document management and Epicor ERP software
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement projects
