Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company showhouse, coordinating guest stays (frequency as per business needs, estimated 2x weekly) to ensure a premium, hospitality-level brand experience.
- Serve as host and primary point of contact for visiting customers, delivering a polished, professional experience from arrival to departure.
- Conduct engaging product knowledge (PK) trainings, showroom tours, and warehouse walkthroughs for visiting clients and partners.
- Implement Marketing guidelines to align visitor experiences with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Organize and Coordinate Training with internal Stakeholders, including training materials and trainers. Deliver Training to Customers.
- Work with sales and marketing to develop training materials that address key gaps (presentations, videos, webinars, “hands-on” experiences or others).
- Coordinate logistics and all external suppliers for customer visits, including scheduling, catering, cleaning, maintenance and on-site hospitality, within the assigned budget.
- Directly engage with target Customers during the visit to build professional relationships, trust, and brand advocacy.
- Actively Track visitor feedback and provide reporting to Marketing and sales leadership to inform future engagement strategies. Develop and implement the proper processes and tools to capture insights and quantifying the value of the experience.
- Support marketing events, VIP tours, and special customer programs as needed.
- Work with Marketing Manager and Sales to define ideal target for the experience and customize the experience based on customer profiles. Actively propose improvements to the whole Customer experience.
- Keep and Maintain visitors database in full respect of applying state privacy laws.
- Develop and implement the “post visit” experience including social Media management, marketing automations and direct calls.
- Control the allocated budget.
- Build relationships across functions and external partners as necessary to ensure effective performance and results.
