Due to company growth, Rusken Packaging is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to join their team in Jackson, TN.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Work with sensors, limit switches, power transmission equipment, and bearings.
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps (air and electric).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Use CMMS to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives.
