MTI Baths, premier manufacturer of bath products in the USA since 1988, is looking for an AR Manager to join their team in the Buford, GA area.
If you have at least 5 years of experience in an A/R, credit, and collections, or related financial operations role, and leadership experience, MTI Baths wants to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the A/R team.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training, and backup for A/R staff.
- Act as the primary resource for escalation of credit and collection matters.
- Coach and mentor staff in credit, collections, and A/R procedures.
- Manage invoicing, cash receipts, and collections for all accounts.
- Act as the SME for invoice-driven data, i.e., providing a consistent approach to invoicing that enables sales segmentation by channel, customer, and product categories.
- Review production orders daily to process RGAs, credits, partials, and billing exceptions.
- Handle major collection issues, including negotiating payment plans and preparing demand letters, if necessary.
- Process all new customer account setups and actively maintain changes to existing customer accounts.
- Recommend account adjustments or write-offs when appropriate.
- Oversee the ongoing processing of SPIFF (Sales Incentive) programs.
