- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in aerospace structures and rotating parts
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Machining experience, including setup, CAD, and thorough understanding of GD&T

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather information from customer provided blueprints and coordinate with Production Department for purchase orders scope of work and requirements which are required and necessary for machine shop and assembly work;
- Determine manufacturing steps and processes, equipment requirements, programming requirements, setup operations, material, labor, and other items necessary to perform work;
- CAD experience such as AutoCAD (Tooling) and Mastercam (CNC Mill/Lathe) (Required pre-requisite)
- Experience with the planning and manufacturing modules of ERP systems (Preferred)
- Work with shop personnel and staff to understand and develop Engineering Masters;
- Troubleshoot and revise planning for process improvements as required;
- Manage and supervise production personnel to ensure that task are completed on time to support production goals;
- Resolve complex manufacturing defects and interface with the quality team on root cause analysis and corrective actions;
- Facilitate monthly process improvement meetings to improve manufacturing efficiency, ensure product quality, and lower costs for new and existing products;
- Communicate with supporting departments such as Customer Support, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure that product is delivered on time to the correct quantities;
- Assists in developing the manufacture of complex tools, interrelated mechanisms, and fixtures;
- Performs other duties as requested, assigned, or required; Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and to assign other duties as necessary;
- Occasionally lifts and moves materials that weigh up to 25 pounds
