Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Taking and entering customer orders 

• Billing orders, taking payments, and managing deposits 

• Routing trucks to keep orders together and arranging freight 

• AIA forms and lien waivers 

• Provide exceptional customer service via excellent written and verbal communication 

• Maintain efficient communication with members of warehouse team 

• Keep all documentation and processes meticulously organized 

About the Company: Victor Products sells a full line of concession equipment and supplies, everything for popcorn, caramel corn, snow cones, cotton candy, nachos, hot dogs, and corn dogs. They also manufacture Top Hat brand fountain syrups and Sundae toppings as well as Victor’s Candy Apple Magic and Dipsy Dog corn dog mix that are sold all over the country.
