Transervice Logistics Inc, a leading transportation company, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join their team in the Chicago, IL area.

If you have proven Diesel Mechanic experience, Transervice Logistics Inc would like you to join their team! If you have experience working on Class 8 tractors, trailers and reefer trailers, don’t miss this opportunity! Experience with Cummins and/or international trucks is a plus!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will maintain proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of all assigned equipment.
• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
• Perform system repairs to include engines, transmission, air and hydraulic systems, tires, drive-train, steering and suspension, electrical and A/C.
• Perform all preventive maintenance inspections, state and federal mandated safety inspections and complete repairs in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on tractors, trailers, MHE
