What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience as a mechanic with knowledge of construction and forestry equipment (John Deere preferred).
• Operational experience, including budgeting, staffing, and personnel management.
• Proven track record in service supervision.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Leadership mindset with a focus on customer and employee satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

As the Service Supervisor, you’ll lead our service team to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing shop processes, financials, and team development.
• Dispatching field service vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Estimating and quoting repair jobs for customers and new equipment sales.
• Supporting the rental department by promptly repairing and checking in machines.
• Mentoring apprentice technicians and supporting experienced mechanics.
• Enforcing safety policies and ensuring compliance.
• Achieving departmental goals and metrics.
