All South Steelworx, full custom metal fabrication and design, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team in the Trussville, AL area.

If you have at least 1 year of experience Operating a Manual Press Brake, All South Steelworx wants to hear from you! Must be able to read blueprints and a tape measure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications
• Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each job
• Load and unload materials onto the machine
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
• Troubleshoot issues with the machine or tooling and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
