Heavy Civil Superintendent

Phillips & Jordan is searching for experienced Superintendents in the Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Jacksonville, FL areas. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

Provide overall on-site management on construction project site. You will manage 1 to 5 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 1 to 7 employees in the field operations. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years superintendent experience in heavy civil construction. 

• Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment, and safety practices.
