Hotel General Manager

DeFoor Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced full-service General Manager to join their team at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown, the largest hotel in Chattanooga, TN.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest service
• Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience
• Lead the team in providing outstanding hospitality services
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
