Duties and responsibilities: 

• Serve as the main contact for the executive leader and his executive team, overseeing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements. 

• Anticipate the needs of the executive team, ensuring they remain organized, well-informed, and prepared. 

• Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents for executives. 

• Track, reconcile, and submit expense reports on a monthly basis. 

• Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes. 

• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. 

• Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings. 

• Act as a liaison with the Board of Directors, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the executive team. 

• Identify and implement opportunities to engage with the organization to support the leadership team. 

About the Company: The Propane Education and Research Council is a nonprofit that provides leading propane safety and training programs and invests in research and development of new propane-powered technologies. PERC is operated and funded by the propane industry. PERC programs benefit a variety of markets including transportation, agriculture, commercial landscaping, residential, and commercial building.
