Duties and Responsibilities:

LX Group is looking for the right person to:

• Oversee all warehouse distribution operations daily
• Serve as direct reporting supervisor to the production and distribution management team
• Provide guidance and leadership to managerial teams across four company entities
• Accurately set and manage production timelines and projections
• Partner with leadership overseas to maintain company standards
• Develop quality guidelines for production and operating procedures for distribution
• Solve problems within diverse and varied working teams
• Contribute to company strategy for long-term growth and development
