Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the local network for NPA sites.
• Make sure configurations and implementations are in sync with company-wide standards.
• Participates in information / requirement gathering for local business needs.
• Works with relevant vendors to ensure quality and completeness of work.
• Analyzes and monitors network performance and provides guidance and suggestions based on industry best practices.
• Work with a global IT team to meet OneIT objectives.
• Participates and works with other Centers for Excellence to help build and evaluate IT solutions within your skillset that aligns with the needs of the business.
• Ensures networks are configured and performing well through a combination of monitoring, project deployment, and standardization of technologies to achieve excellent network performance.
• Continuously Improve IT Operations (Networking).
• Participate and help guide the IT roadmap and corresponding IT Projects as it pertains to the Network.
• Deliver IT projects per scope/budget/time.
• Support Global IT projects and local projects.
