Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Work closely with the Operations Team to prioritize the sort, inspection, quantification, receipt and processing of incoming equipment.
• Create and receive purchase orders related to stock buys and consignment.
• Maintain organized labeling, stocking, and recordkeeping of inventory across all stages of processing.
• Manage equipment transfers electronically and physically, including the use of pallet jacks, carts, and ladders.
• Communicate any equipment issues to the Sr. Director of Operations in a timely manner.
• Provide status updates on inventory projects through verbal and electronic communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment.
• Scrap Processing & Asset Recovery
• Retrieve and prepare products from stock for asset recovery or sales channels.
• Perform electronic and physical transfers of equipment between various locations.
• Collaborate with the Asset Recovery Team to prioritize and execute the reclamation of equipment for salvage or reuse.
• Disassemble unsellable equipment, sorting hardware and components by commodity type.
• Maintain accurate labeling, stocking, and electronic records for all equipment in stock buys, consignment, testing, and refurbishment.
