Showbest Fixture Corp, a leading manufacturer of retail fixtures, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Richmond, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sage 100 – Daily use of the following modules: General Ledger, Paperless Office, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, sales Order, Purchase Order, Job Cost, Job Analysis, Accounts Payable – Currently transitioning into SAP accounting software and ERP systems
• Daily invoicing of shipped/completed jobs
• Deposit invoicing for jobs in progress – tracking payments, depositing payments into deferred revenue, and later applying those payments to final invoices
• Applying payments to internal invoices
• Running and analyzing financial reports
• Maintaining good customer relationships and prompt communication regarding their invoices and accounts.
• Sales Tax Calculations & Monthly Remittances by State
• Working closely with controller to share data/spreadsheets and project managers to ensure profitability on their jobs, ensuring their knowledge of job expenses
• Updating spreadsheets daily and calculating job cost margins monthly to report to the company owner.
• Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary
• Cross train in finance as time allows
