Production Supervisor

Findlay Products, a leader in automotive and stamping manufacturing, is seeking a proven Production Supervisor to join their team in Findlay, OH. The person in this role must be able to work both first and third shift.

If you have 5+ years of Production Supervisor experience, this is an opportunity you should explore. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to manage people in a respectful manner.
• Facilitate a team environment within the team.
• Utilize strong communication skills and the ability to counsel when needed.
• Answer questions out on the floor.
• Conduct calls and office work in the office.
• Utilize PLEX ERP system to stay organized.
