Essential Functions: 

• Create estimates based on labor, materials, and sub-contractors that are responsive to the goals of the client. 

• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite of programs to create estimates, contracts, and other project documents. 

• Meet with sub-contractors and conduct site visits. 

• Negotiate with vendors. 

• Handle a wide variety of projects at a time. 

• Support project production staff during the execution of the work.
