Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform in-shop mechanical repairs, upgrades, and packaging of turbomachinery. Including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, damage analysis, modification, and assembly.
• Coordinate with manager, planner, and QA/QC to ensure repair requirements are met.
• Preparation and packaging of repaired equipment for safe shipments.
• Organize and maintain an efficient repair shop area.
• Document, inspect, analyze, and complete reports on equipment inspections and repairs.
• Work overtime, as required, to meet customer emergency breakdown demands.
• Demonstrate and maintain a willingness to learn and test for advancements based on abilities and ambitions presented by the employee.
• Perform and promote safety standards within shop and field environments.
