Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Duties

• Manage Accounts Receivable Processes including collections, reconciliations and reviewing invoices.
• Enter invoicing data in each customer’s portal or use of intermediaries (CForm, Tungsten.) per their specifications.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies swiftly.
• Provides input on recommendation for changes to existing or new customer credit lines. Manages the process of getting proper authorization and ensuring the new customer number is created.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries promptly.
• Complete daily AR roll forward and month-end journal entries for non-AR cash and intercompany balances.
• Interface transactions from PRMS to JD Edwards financial software

Payroll Duties

• Process bi-weekly Payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Interface time clock punches with ADP Workforce Now. Enter any employee changes (wage rates, 401k changes, new hires, terms, STD payments and missed benefit re-captures)
• Calculate and accept payroll, generate, and print reports, create zip files, and distribute, start new cycle and prepare checks for distribution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
