If you have at least 3 years of agricultural production supervisory experience this is an opportunity, you don’t want to miss! Sugar Cane Processing experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring production output meets production specifications.
• Detects issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Identifies process-based variations, adjusts and corrects parameters within acceptable ranges.
• Assigning responsibilities to team members to support the day-to-day plan and job-related tasks.
• Trains new employees on how to safely operate process, use machinery and follow procedures.
• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on process related equipment as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company and OSHA Standards.
• Performs other related projects and assignments as business dictates.
