Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily and monthly cash reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and oversee the work of staff accountants, providing guidance and feedback to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Post invoices to customer websites, ensuring all billing information is accurate and submitted on time.
• Perform job costing analysis and set job budgets to ensure project costs are monitored and controlled.
• Manage the month-end close process for AIME $14 million and B-line, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
• Calculate and transmit 401k contributions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Report directly to the President and CFO.

AIME also offers catastrophic storm recovery services including electrical generators, tree and brush removal, water removal, interior and exterior reconstruction.
