Founded in 1978 by Peter J. Arnoldt as Ductmate Industries, DMI Companies, Inc. is comprised of five strategic business units: Ductmate Industries, Aire Technologies, GreenSeam Industries, Linx Industries, and Airoverse. Our companies provide superior HVAC products to contractors and builders worldwide.
DMI was named Manufacturer of the Year in Pittsburgh (2008-2009), received a Product Innovation Grant by the GBA (2009), was awarded two Advanced Energy Project Awards by the DOE (2010), won the Green Workplace Challenge (2014), won the GBA Enterprise Award (2019), achieved TRUE Gold certification at our Monongahela, Pennsylvania, facility (2018-2025), TRUE certification at our Wagoner, Oklahoma, facility (2024-2025), and ENERGY STAR certification at our Charleroi, Pennsylvania, corporate headquarters (2012, 2021, 2023, 2025).
